前言
Oracle（也就是甲骨文）已经烧了两年的钱，甚至免费提供配置达到4c24g的ARM VPS。但是因为不甚明朗的封号策略，大家都不敢将其用作主力机。现在拿出一台东京的ARM实例做一次测试。

无论是配置还是网络，都可以说是无可挑剔。唯一的缺点可能就是国人太多，IPv4都被标记为中国了。我已经找不到购买其他VPS的理由了。
